Technical Specification:
Specially designed finned section, there are lots of grooves on the top of the outside fins, which help accelerate spreading the spraying fluid on the surface of tube in order to avoid the surface dry-out and increase the heat exchange area. Furthermore, there are small-sized grooves under the outside fins. The heat exchange efficiency is enhanced by the apecial design and the HTC is 7 times higher than that of plain tube. The enhancement of the inside surface of the tube reduce forming the thermal resistance on the inside surface of tube and the heat exchange efficiency is improved a lot.
Application:
The tube especially suitable for falling film evaporator in the central air-conditioner centrifuge, water-cooled screw chilled water units, the shell heat exchansger.
