"The new type of copper and copper alloy seamless high finned tube" developed by the technology center reached the international advanced level and was the winner of the 2010 China Nonferrous Metal Industry Science and Technology Progress Award. In the process of carrying out an annual output of 15 thousand tons of high precision finned tube, the technical center will increase the development of new detection equipment and testing equipment purchasing and develop new technology in order to make testing equipment and technical level reach the international advanced level.
Relying on the enterprise technology center as a platform, every year the company will launch several new products. It already has 16 new products among three years, 6 in 2010, 5 in 2011, and 5 in 2012. The development of the products focuses on the upgrading of products, saving energy and materials, and process optimization. The products are mainly copper alloy condenser tube, high spray evaporation tube, stainless steel low finned tube, straight groove tube, and finned tube finned tube. It increased the variety of new product series, trial-produced many kinds of copper tubes for Tianjin desalination Research Institute, and assisted the completion of the national 973 plan project. |
